IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN WALIKOTA PEKANBARU NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENGELOLAAN MASJID PARIPURNA

Abstrak

Implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor,s Rule No. 16 Year 2017 about Guidelines of Paripurna Mosque Management in Pekanbaru. Purpose of this research is: 1) to know and analyse about implementation of Pekanbaru mayor,s rule no. 16 year 2017 about guidelines of paripurna Mosque management in Pekanbaru at paripurna Mosque Syuhada Kelurahan Sumahilang sub district Pekanbaru Kota, 2) to know the inhibitor of implementation of Pekanbaru mayor,s rule no. 16 year 2017 about guidelines of paripurna Mosque management in Pekanbaru at paripurna Mosque Syuhada Kelurahan Sumahilang sub district Pekanbaru Kota. This type of reasearch is qualitative. The reasearch informants is sub district head of pekanbaru kota, head of lurah sumahilang, head of the mosque management, pries of the plenary mosque, and congregation of the plenary mosque. Technical data are observation, interview and documentation.data analysis using interactive models. The results showed that paripurna Mosque management program in Pekanbaru at paripurna Mosque Syuhada Kelurahan Sumahilang sub distirct Pekanbaru Kota didn’t run well.
