Desentralisasi Fiskal Penerimaan Keuangan Daerah

Abstract

This study aims at reviewingthe implementation of fiscal decentralization particularly at the local financial revenues derivedfrom the sources of local revenue in the District of Purworejo. Beside that, it also examines theconstraints faced by the District Government particularly at fiscal decentralization and localrevenues and how the government solves it. This research used a qualitative descriptive method.The data taken are the primary and secondary data. Data collected is by doing in-depth interviewsand documentation. The data were then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques of dataanalysis, and tested its validity by doing checking, rechecking and cross checking. The resultsshow that the local financial revenue in the District of Purworejo, most of the funds, comes fromthe Central Government, with an average of 82.68% per year, while the PAD is only 7.99%. Thisalso shows that the degree of fiscal decentralization and financial independence in the District ofPurworejo are still very low.
