IMPLEMENTASI PEMBATASAN SOSIAL BERSKALA BESAR, SEBUAH KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK DALAM PENANGANAN PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Abstract: Large-scale Social Restrictions, or better known as PSBB, is a method of handling the Covid-19 pandemic by the Government as a policy in dealing with and handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 pandemic is an epidemic of dangerous diseases that attack the world, includ-ing Indonesia which can cause death. This epidemic is in the form of a virus which has not yet found a cure. Already many human victims have died, because of Covid-19, the number has reached 54 doctors and 24 nurses who died because of Covid-19 (Electronic media, 2020). When implementing this policy, there are problems that are found as follows (1) Not all state administra-tors understand the Large-Scale Social Limitation policy (PSBB, because there is not yet one command, so it experiences a bias in implementation. (2) Not all Regional Heads understand the Restrictions policy Large-scale Social (PSBB. This is interesting to be studied and discussed by the author in this simple article. In order for the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Re-strictions (PSBB) policy to provide effectiveness, several things that can be delivered as a solution to the problem are (1) Conducting intense socialization to all state administrators related to under-standing the legal basis, one command and sanctions. (2) Commitment to the SOP for handling the Covid-19 pandemic (3) Commitments from all parties to the leadership (4) Completing the Covid-19 pandemic handling tool. So that can be conveyed hopefully can benefit us all.
