EVALUASI PROGRAM BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES)

Abstract

Program Evaluation village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). The aim of this study was to determine the evaluation of the program and the factors that influence it. Key informants in this study is the head, then director BUMDes. Susulannya informant is using snowballing sampling technique. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the evaluation of the overall program implementation BUMDes already performing well, but not maximized. The adverse impacts of this program is the direct cost. While on other indicators such as policy target, beyond target policies, conditions now and will come and indirect costs are already performing well.
