EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK SURAT KETERANGAN CATATAN KEPOLISIAN (SKCK)

Abstract


Public Service Effectiveness of Police Records (SKCK). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of public services at the Kuantan Singingi Police Intelligence Unit. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews from Key informants, namely the Head of the Intelligence Unit at the Kuantan Singingi District Police, SKCK Officers and Kaurmintu Intelkam and the people who were taking care of SKCK. Secondary data obtained from research documents. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Public Services at the Kuantan Singingi Police Intelligence Unit began with the level of ease, fairness in management, the same treatment to the level of honesty still felt ineffective, because there were still shortcomings in fairness and other constraints such as facilities and infrastructure limited human resources.
